All Phase Construction, Inc., is a General Engineering Contractor specializing in site development and excavating offering complete site work packages for heavy industrial, commercial & residential and paving & asphalt projects. Serving Northern California for over 15 years, we offer developers reliable, honest service, and have the capabilities to handle a wide range of projects. Our company is large enough to service multiple projects and large corporations, yet small enough to ensure we take care of each project’s specifications.
We partner with developers, engineers, architects, construction firms, and state and public municipalities, from conception of project to date of completion. We have a full crew of manpower and machines available to meet the needs of our clients, ensuring projects remain on time and on budget.
Our current fleet of modern equipment includes; Dozers (D-4 thru D-10) all GPS capable. Motor Graders (CAT 140-M thru CAT 14M) all GPS capable. Excavators (mini 5000k thru Volvo EC750 165k) all tier 4 final emissions. Wheel Loaders, Rubber Tire Backhoes, as well as a fleet of Dump Trucks. Asphalt Pavers from small parking lot to highway sized equipment. Concrete slip form machines for all project sizes (parking lots, curbs, to subdivision sidewalk curb and gutter requiring monolithic pours) we have you covered. We have the most current GPS equipment available on the market for grade and machine control. Our company is large enough to service multiple projects like a large company, yet small enough to care for your project’s personal needs.
